Bio

Emily is an accomplished performer with training in classical voice and musical theater. She studied under Deborah Rentz-Moore at the University of New Hampshire, where she developed a strong foundation in vocal technique, musicianship, and performance. In September 2026, she began teaching music, drama, and public speaking at Hudson High School. She is certified in PreK-12 Music Teaching in the state of Massachusetts.

More than anything, Emily’s passion lies in helping singers build confidence while developing healthy, sustainable vocal habits. Her teaching approach is rooted in vocal health, emphasizing efficient technique, vocal longevity, and expressive artistry. With beginning piano students, the curriculum is tailored to the student’s interests and developmental stage. Emily has had success with students as young as four.

Emily is currently completing her Masters in Education from the University of New Hampshire and is expected to graduate in May of 2027. She bases all of her teaching in current educational research trends and approaches. She believes that every student has a profound musical capability and is dedicated to helping students explore their potential.
